Jim Brammer is the founder of Interface Dimensions, Inc., and works as a fractional COO and board advisor to hardware and technology companies.

Jim's operating background spans thirty-plus years, starting with IBM in enterprise sales, management, and business development, where he built a reputation across the IBM sales and business partner community for turning complex enterprise relationships into results.

More recently, Jim co-founded and served as COO of a California-based UAV startup, where he ran operations, product commercialization, vendor and contractor negotiations, fundraising communications, and business development for the company's commercial drone platform and proprietary GPS-denied navigation technology. He led the company through budget-constrained growth phases, board-level governance challenges, and the commercialization of a hardware product from prototype through customer delivery, before stepping back from the COO and board roles in 2026 to focus on advisory and fractional executive work (he remains on the company's Board of Advisors).

Jim brings the same direct, hands-on approach to every engagement: get close to the operational details, ask the hard questions, and help founders and boards make decisions that hold up.

Outside of Interface Dimensions, Jim also runs a commercial, portrait, and fine art photography studio, along with Soaring Vistas Media, an aerial photography venture, and serves on the boards of Unform Your Bias and City of Hope, contributing governance, operations, and fundraising perspective.
